You may opt in to receive text messages from Pure Water Spas by:

• Submitting your name and mobile phone number through our online consent form and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages.
• Providing verbal consent in person or over the phone at our store

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Privacy

4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Pure Water Spas does not charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply.

6. How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. To resume, reply START.
